Human Resource Management - At a glance

Audience: Planning to give PMP or new PMs and want to learn HR management? You are at right place.

Today , I am here to write something on Human Resource Management. As we all know, this is crucial for any project , we need to use certain fundamentals, process and theories to make it success.

Let's learn them...

Wikipedia says
Human resource management (HRM) is the strategic and coherent approach to the management of an organization's most valued assets - the people working there who individually and collectively contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the business. In simple words, HRM means employing people, developing their capacities, utilizing, maintaining and compensating their services in tune with the job and organizational requirement.

PMI says
HRM includes the processes that organize, manage , lead the project team.

According to PMI, the typical flow is as follows:
