Its NOT something new what he said - Focus on performance/excellenece, Results will follow. Even our famous epic Mahabharata said same *Karma kar , phal ki icha mat kar*. I liked this so much that wanted to share few snippets.

- Australian Captian Alan Border once shared. He always share this with his team members - Take care of Runs, Dollors will take care of themselves.
- A message for all Management students - Excellence is chasing your performace and results will take care of itself.
- Journey to Excellence - You perfect process of Performance and do not allow pressure of result choke your performance.
- Make result irrelevant , give your best , take what it comes.
- Give every moment 100% - If you know that you have given 100% and you lost as Opponent was better , you can atleast sleep with the thought that you gave your 100%. So try and give your 100%.
- Excellence NEVER seeks excuses. When someone say, I would have win/good BUT. The moment someone says that, it means they are trying to put thier poor performance blame on someone.
- Surround yourself with people better than you, to grow yourself.
- Arrogance is stumbling block in path of excellence.
